4. Explain a Credit Note and Debit Note:

When a buyer is returning goods, A Debit Note is an intimation to the seller of the amount and quantity being returned and requesting the return of money.

When a Seller receives goods (returned) from the buyer, he prepares and sends a credit note as an intimation to the buyer showing that the money for the related goods is being returned in the form of a credit note.

5. What is a Balance Sheet?

It is a statement of the assets, liabilities, and capital of a business at a particular point in time.
An asset is an item of property owned by a person or company.
A liability is a person or company's legal financial debts or obligations.
Equity is the value of an asset less the amount of all liabilities on that asset.
Equity = Assets - Liabilities
