There are three stages of a Job post in Workindia portal

Once you post a job on WorkIndia, it will go into next stage i.e ‘Under Review’

Your job post will be verified during the ‘Under Review’ state, which usually will be done within 2-24 hours. We do Verification of the Jobpost for 'Consultancy Check', 'Language Check' etc. of the posted job, this step also contains genuinity check of the employer and the JobPostings.

You do not need to worry about your Job post, as after verification (that is within 24 hrs) your Job will be activated and you will receive a notification regarding the same.
