Job Timings

Lunch : 1 PM, Dinner : 8:30 PM ye sab time pr prepare krna hota hai buffet ke timings hai ye. Iske alawa 2-3 ala carte ke order aate hai but zaada nhi. Main kaam buffet prepare krna hi hoga. Jisme ek Chicken gravy, ek Paneer gravy, ek Veg Sabji, 1 Dessert bas yahi prepare krna hota hai main. Brekfast me 2 ya 3 dish hote hai simple jysy bread omelette, poha, chana puri. Aur ye main kaam saturday aur sunday hota hai. Weekdays me kam guests hote hai toh kaam bhi halka hota hai.
